Our Fees

allsorters offer a professional & ethical service.  We strive at all times to minimise costs for our clients.

We have two pricing methods –

  1. When we are undertaking a total home sorting service for clients (e.g. deceased estate, preparing a house for sale), we visit the site to provide a Fee Estimate to cover what is needed – sorting, clearing, rubbish removal, charity donations, cleaning & styling (for homes for sale)
    • This free on-site consultation is available mainly in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne – it maybe available in other areas by negotiation
      • Our arrival on site at the confirmed time is dependent on traffic, so please allow 15 mins on either side of the arranged time.
      • Our free consultation is organised at a time that fits in with our schedule, usually of an evening 
    • When a client requires other services (e.g. removalist, storage, valuers), we work with our client to clarify what they require and then source other suitable service/s
  2. For clients who need one-on-one assistance (decluttering, sorting, clearing), hourly rates apply with a minimum daily on-site fee. 
    • We provide a free telephone consultation for this service to identify our clients needs and ensure our service is suitable.
    • We provide clients with our current Rates Schedule.
    • If you would like us to visit, we charge around $175-$195 for a 1 to 1.5 hour initial consultation to clarify objectives and plan the best way to proceed
    • It is not possible to provide a Fee Estimate when working with clients as we have no experience of the speed with which our client will work.  In some situations we can provide a guide to likely costs.
  3. We also have set fees for –
    • Advice & plans re styling properties
    • Downsizing plans & guidance
    • Workshops & presentations
